Radha Mulani

Radha Mulani is a Founding Team Member at BDO Executive Search. She has over two decades of experience in executive search and strategic talent advisory. At BDO Executive Search, she leads talent strategy for Private Equity, Venture Capital, ESG, Impact Investing, and Investment Banking.

Prior to joining the firm, she was part of the core leadership team at India’s largest business services platform, where she was instrumental in building the executive search vertical. She partnered with global and domestic investment firms, leading senior-level hiring for both platform and portfolio companies across core and emerging markets.

Her experience spans high-growth and transformation-stage organisations across sectors such as real estate, industrials, edtech, and electric mobility. She adopts a research-driven, insight-led approach to search and works closely with stakeholders to manage complex mandates with precision and discretion.
