Niharika Singhal

Niharika is an Engagement Manager at BDO Executive Search. She has over 8 years of experience across recruitment and finance. In her current role, she focuses on leadership hiring for the Investment and Consulting industries.

Prior to joining BDO Executive Search, Niharika was a Senior Consultant for the private equity and venture capital (PE/VC) industry at a leading search firm, where she led relationships with top-tier PE/VC firms, consulting firms, and corporations.

She has also worked as an investment banker with a global investment bank before transitioning into executive search. Her extensive industry network and strong track record in executive search have helped numerous firms build effective leadership teams.
