Ansh Ahuja

Ansh is a Principal in the BDO Executive Search, specialising in Executive Talent Solutions across leadership, board, and advisory mandates. He brings over nine years of experience spanning executive search, expert networks, and financial services, with a strong emphasis on client delivery and senior leadership hiring.

Prior to joining BDO Executive Search, Ansh built a strong foundation in investment banking research with a global bank and subsequently held a leadership role at a global expert network, where he played an instrumental role in scaling their consulting firm client base.

Over the course of his career, Ansh has partnered closely with founders, boards, and senior management teams to identify and place high-impact talent across Independent Director and board roles, strategic and deal advisory positions, and short-term specialist engagements - supporting clients through critical strategic and decision-making situations.
